The Oklahoma Conservation Historical Society Welcomes New Board Member
We are pleased to announce that Harry L. Fritzler was elected to the Oklahoma Conservation Historical Society Board at the Society’s annual meeting on February 26th. He will serve a three year term on the board. Harry grew up on a wheat and cattle farm in northwest Oklahoma and graduated from Fargo High School. He received a Rangeland Management degree from Oklahoma State University which led to a 35-year career with the Soil Conservation Service/Natural Resources Conservation Service. Harry worked in many locations around Oklahoma as a Range Conservationist/Rangeland Management Specialist retiring in 2015 as a State Rangeland Management Specialist. In retirement Harry began working as a Regional Coordinator for the Oklahoma Prescribed Burn Association and enjoys assisting with prescribed burns around the state. He runs a few cattle and enjoys spending time with his grandkids, going to the lake and mountains, and travelling the country.
